Abundant Word Ministries is a community that believes in KINGDOM DEPLOYMENT (self-employment over employment).
We believe in God's provision by seeking the Lord as to how to minister our natural gifts and abilities to provide for our families and to give to God and to others. These are just some of the businesses and services that are offered by those in our community.

Poems of Inspiration and Faith

Have you ever wondered why things in your life have turned out as they have? Does it sometimes seem that no matter what you do, you can’t seem to find a way? Are you ready for a change in your life? Is everything seemingly out of control?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions, just know that you are human. That’s right; that’s what it all boils down to. Life isn’t slid through, it’s struggled through, but the good thing about it is that there is someone to go with you through the struggle...God. He is always with us once we have truly given our lives to Him.

“What Could Be” is a book of poems that were put together during rough times, good times, sad times, and glad times. Some just came suddenly... in a quick few moments. Yet, they all end with a bit of hope. Hope ties in with faith, and we can walk a little faster, a little more steady, and we begin to feel like we can make it to the end. In every situation in our lives, good can come out of it. We must be on track with the Lord Jesus Christ so that we can reap all He has for us.

This book is here for you to read in your quiet times. The flow of the poems was made to give ease to the reader, and hope, so that you can realize that there is an expected end. (Ref. Jeremiah 29:11)

So do yourself a favor. Walk in the will of God. Know that He has a plan and purpose for your life. He does for each of us. Find encouragement in the Word of God, and in the poems that you are about to read. Though some were written in times of hurt, victory always comes through God in the end.

So sit back, get a soda pop, coffee, or tea, and relax in the inspiration of each poem. Prayerfully the “could be” soon will turn into “will be”, and you will, with the help and grace of God, finally make it through.

In Tune to Hear GOD's Voice: A Journey Through the Word of the Lord to Hear Messages of Hope

We all have a story to tell. The pages of this book reflect my life story. It tells about my journey to get to a calm place so that I could be “In Tune to Hear GOD’s Voice”.

My story may be like many of yours. It includes rape, teen pregnancy, physical abuse, failed marriages, a miscarriage, an abortion, life-threatening illnesses, physical, mental, and emotional issues, attempted suicide, loss, and grief, and a lot of anguish and pain that caused me to go to a dark place inside myself, for many years.

The Words in my story come from that deep dark place within my soul, where a lot of pain was hiding. My life was full of happiness and sadness, joy and misery, and laughter and tears. With the help of the Holy Spirit, the support of friends, family, and a sensitive therapist, I was able to search and find peace.

Those Trying Times: Poetic Revelations of Life, Love & Lamentations

What you are holding in your hand is a compilation of poetry written during the stage of my life that I now call, “going through the olive press”. Sometimes God will allow us to go through many heartaches, hurts, pains, trials, and disappointments; “Those Trying Times”, when He appears to withdraw from our lives just when we seem to need Him the most.

Jesus had to go through his own type of “olive press” in the Garden of Gethsemane to bring out the potential placed on the inside of him. Sometimes we too must endure similar types of sufferings and hardships in order to give birth to the promises that are planted inside each one of us.

If there was ever a time in your life when you have wrestled with angels about ministry, money, marriage, or maybe even just struggled within your own mind, I’m sure that you will relate to these words.

This poetry was written to encourage people who truly want to please God. People who are serious about their salvation, but who are being constantly battered, bruised, and broken while walking around bleeding in their spirit because they are constantly trying to worship the Father over their wounds.

I pray that these words will somehow minister to your heart and soul; maybe even drawing you closer to the healing power of God’s Holy Spirit, who just so happens to be the one who is in control of “The Press”.
